The stagers he hired (which we did pay for, a reasonable price) made the house look magazine-worthy. We spruced up the yard, it showed for two weekends, and we had several offers. I can’t think of a smoother transaction. Everything Nestor said would happen happened. He gave us a timeline that was accurate. And at the title company he also gave us a bottle of wine from a vineyard he owns in Spain. What a guy. We would work with him again without question.

Why? He got it on the market in less than a month and a half per our request. He helped with the move and even packed stuff from the kitchen cabinets while I was at work. He took care of junk removal which he provided for free as part of his service. To update some of the interior of the house, he got me 3 quotes from contractors within a week of hiring him. He gave me a list of items to buy for best price online to make the house more updated and appealing to buyers. I could choose to do it or not or buy a similar item for less. Nestor set up the deep clean, stage, video and 3D Tour of home, pest and home inspection and provided it all for free. Nestor and I collaborated so we could get it on the market quickly.
